申请毕业生

Students must be within two semesters of satisfying degree and University requirements for their undergraduate major to be eligible to apply for graduation. 

理学院 毕业 Application Instructions (All Majors)

Step 1: Confirm your expected graduation term with your department

  • Contact your major advisor to get your 毕业 Plan with your remaining major coursework 批准
  • The 理学院 does not accept 批准 graduation plans directly from students

Step 2: Submit a 毕业 Application

Step 3: Enroll (or confirm enrollment) in courses listed on your 批准 毕业 Plan to complete degree requirements

All steps must be completed by the Office of the Registrar 毕业 Application deadline(s).

Submitting a graduation application with the Office of the Registrar late may affect a student’s eligibility to participate in commencement ceremony. 学生提交 late applications must contact commencement@uncsj.com for more information about participating in the 理学院's commencement ceremony.

Issues with MyProgress

学生必须复习 MyProgress to identify any outstanding requirements (:35 seconds) and identify issues (“Red Squares”).

All “Red Squares” in MyProgress must be resolved before the end of the last semester otherwise there may be delays in awarding the degree. 
In some cases, additional documentation (equivalency or substitution forms, for example) 可能需要.

Spring 2024 毕业 Applicants

If you your status is not in "Applied for 毕业" or "Needs to Finish Pending Work" during the Spring 2024 semester, contact the 毕业 Specialist Team (cosac-grad-specialist-group@uncsj.com).

毕业研讨会 & Readiness Survey is discontinued starting Spring 2024.
CoS-SSC 毕业 Planning Logs service is available only for Computer 科学 Spring 2024 applicants. 毕业 Planning Logs service will be discontinued for all Computer 科学 Department applicants 从2024年5月1日开始.
